17jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") is an online gaming platform operating at 17jl.vip, providing live casino, slots, bingo, table games, and related services to Filipino players. 17jl operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

17jl does not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your data with third parties only in the following circumstances:

• Payment Processors: GCash (G-Xchange, Inc.), Maya (PayMaya Philippines, Inc.), GrabPay, and banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) receive the minimum data required to process your transactions.
• Game Software Providers: Third-party game providers (e.g., Jili, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play) may receive session tokens and anonymized bet data necessary to operate their games on the 17jl platform. These providers do not receive your identity documents or payment details.
• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government agencies may receive your data when legally required.

17jl uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the platform. The categories of cookies we use are:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the platform to function — maintaining your login session, remembering your language preference, and enabling secure transactions. These cannot be disabled.

• Marketing consent records: Retained until withdrawal of consent plus 1 year for compliance documentation.

After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Data held for legal compliance purposes is not subject to deletion requests until the retention obligation expires.

17jl implements the following technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and 17jl servers
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest, including identity documents and financial records
• Passwords stored using bcrypt hashing — 17jl employees cannot read your password

The 17jl platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above, per PAGCOR regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If 17jl discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately closed, all data will be deleted (except where retention is legally required), and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on 17jl, please contact our support team immediately. We take underage access seriously and act promptly on all reports.

Some of 17jl's game software providers and technical infrastructure partners are headquartered outside the Philippines. Where your data is transferred to or accessed from outside the Philippines, 17jl ensures that adequate safeguards are in place, including:

• Standard contractual clauses providing equivalent data protection to RA 10173
• Transfers only to jurisdictions or organizations recognized by the NPC as providing adequate protection
• Data processing agreements requiring overseas processors to comply with Philippine privacy standards

Your data is never transferred to a jurisdiction that offers less protection than the Data Privacy Act of 2012 without appropriate contractual safeguards in place.

17jl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The Effective Date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the 17jl platform after a Policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
