By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 17jl platform — including its website, mobile interface, live casino, slots, bingo, and table games — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them, together with the 17jl Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the 17jl platform, including registered account holders, guest browsers, and anyone accessing the platform's public-facing content. If you are using the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

17jl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Effective Date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

To register and use the 17jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, or contractor of 17jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on 17jl or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You are opening and using the account solely for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party.

17jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of funds associated with ineligible activity.

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the 17jl platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must notify 17jl promptly of any changes to this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 17jl will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Log out after sessions on shared or public devices.
• Notify 17jl support immediately upon suspecting unauthorized account access.

17jl will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

17jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during operating hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days.

17jl reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts, or at any time it deems necessary for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Required documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of address.

Funds deposited to 17jl may only be used for gaming activities on the platform. Depositing funds with no intention to wager, or using the platform as a payment processing mechanism, is prohibited and may result in account closure.

17jl offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time, subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. General conditions applying to all bonuses include:

• Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for one eligible account only. Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 17jl reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings if it determines the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through a technical error, or in violation of these Terms.
• Promotional offers are time-limited. Unused bonus credits expire as stated in the offer terms.
• 17jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All games available on 17jl — including live casino, slots, bingo, table games, and video poker — operate according to game-specific rules published within each game's interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the 17jl platform use certified RNG engines that produce statistically fair outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers and streamed in real time; outcomes are determined by the physical game process and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation by 17jl.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including server disconnection, stream interruption, or software malfunction — 17jl will endeavor to resolve the round fairly. Where resolution is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. 17jl's decision in such matters is final.

The house edge, RTP percentages, and game rules for each title are made available within the game's information panel. 17jl does not guarantee winnings and makes no representations about expected returns for individual play sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 17jl platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain without reporting them to 17jl support.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or deposit limit restrictions through a new account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 17jl staff or other players via any platform communication channel.

17jl cooperates fully with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, and other regulatory authorities in investigating prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation without prior notice.

17jl is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for a minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent self-exclusion. Contact 17jl support to activate this tool. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

17jl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We conduct periodic audits of account age verification data. If an account is found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.

All content on the 17jl platform — including but not limited to the 17jl logo, platform design, user interface, text, graphics, game assets, software, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of 17jl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 17jl platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 17jl content without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 17jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or unauthorized access to your account.

17jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

17jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

17jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account restriction.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

You may voluntarily close your 17jl account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks.

17jl may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Your continued use of the 17jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 17jl platform shall first be submitted to 17jl's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies within the Philippines, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to gaming activity.
